Getting started: your first hour in the workspace
From signup to a working workspace in under an hour: language, team, industry template, and your first contacts.
When you sign up, Cliento Pro creates a private workspace for your business. Everything your team does - contacts, deals, invoices, automations - lives inside it, isolated from every other workspace.
A good first hour looks like this:
- Pick your language (Persian, Arabic, or English) and calendar (Jalali or Gregorian) from the top bar - each user has their own preference.
- Invite teammates in Settings → Users and give each a role: Owner, Admin, Member, or Viewer.
- Install an industry template in Settings → Customization → Packages if one matches your business - it preconfigures fields, pipelines, dashboards, and reports.
- Import your existing contacts (see the import guide).
- Open the dashboard: it fills up as your data arrives.
Roles in one minute
Owners and Admins manage settings, users, and billing. Members work with customers day to day. Viewers see data but can't change it. Screens and buttons a user isn't allowed to use are hidden automatically, and the server enforces the same rules.
Where things live
The sidebar is organized by module: CRM (contacts, leads, deals, pipelines, tasks), customer profiles, Automation, Loyalty, Support, Commerce, Forms, Finance, Reports, Dashboards, AI, and Settings. If a section is missing for you, your role doesn't include it - ask an Admin.
