AI

AI where it helps, plain rules where they're better

Two different things, and we label which is which: transparent scoring driven by business rules you can read, and a generative assistant that analyses your data and proposes - never performs - the next step.

Smart scoring - rules, not a black box

Lead, churn and health scores are calculated from business rules. No model guesses, and every number shows its working.

  • Lead scores graded A to F, so you know who to call first
  • Churn risk and customer health banded low, medium or high
  • Next-best-action suggestions per customer
  • Open any score to see exactly which rules produced it, and by how much

An assistant that reads your workspace

Ask a question in plain language and get an answer grounded in your own records.

  • Streaming answers with full conversation history
  • Finds and summarises customers, deals and activity, including custom fields
  • Speaks your renamed vocabulary - patients, cases, enrolments
  • Answers only from what your permissions allow you to see

A Sales Agent that analyses, then proposes

Point it at your pipeline and it reports back on what needs attention.

  • Finds stalled deals, at-risk accounts and upsell opportunities
  • Qualifies and ranks leads, and recommends who to follow up with
  • Flags CRM data gaps - duplicates, stale records, missing coverage
  • Suggested tasks and follow-ups wait for your confirmation before anything is created

AI workflows, with a policy you set

AI as a step in an automated process - and a rule about how much rope it gets.

  • Trigger on a new lead, a deal stage change, a ticket event, a schedule, or by hand
  • One workspace-wide policy decides what may run automatically and what waits
  • High-risk actions always wait for a person, whatever the policy says
  • Run history with per-step status and per-run cost
  • Turn it off entirely and the rest of the platform is unaffected

Costs you can actually see

AI billing without surprises.

  • Every AI action is priced and itemised in your billing history
  • Costs draw from the same wallet as your other usage
  • Low-balance warnings before anything is interrupted
  • Per-run cost visible in the AI activity log

Frequently asked questions

Is lead scoring artificial intelligence?

No, and we don't market it as such. Lead, churn and health scores come from business rules - deterministic, repeatable, and fully explainable. You can open any score and see which rule contributed what. No language model is involved and nothing is billed for it.

Can the AI change my data on its own?

Not unless you turn that on. Out of the box every action the assistant or an AI workflow proposes waits for a person to confirm it. You can then choose to let lower-risk actions run by themselves - and the actions we classify as high-risk still require a person, whatever the setting says. Every action, automatic or confirmed, is recorded with who or what ran it.

What data can the AI see?

Only what your own permissions allow, and only the records passed to it for the question at hand. It answers from your workspace data rather than from general knowledge about your business.

How is AI usage billed?

Per action, from your wallet or prepaid packages. Each run's cost appears in the AI activity log and in your itemised billing history.
