Loyalty

Turn a second visit into a habit

Points with a ledger you can audit, tiers that move on their own, rewards and coupons people actually redeem - and a record of every redemption, attached to the customer.

Points, with the arithmetic shown

Every award and every spend is a ledger line, not a number that changed.

  • Each entry records the amount, the reason and the balance after it
  • Award points by hand, or automatically when something happens in the workspace
  • The balance shown to a customer is the sum of the ledger - the two cannot drift
  • Filter the ledger by customer, reason or period

Tiers that move by themselves

Set the rules once; membership follows the customer's own activity.

  • Ordered tiers with your own names and colours
  • Rules decide who moves up, based on points earned
  • A customer's tier is visible on their profile, next to everything else you know
  • Change a tier's rule and the effect is visible before you save it

Rewards, coupons, and what was actually redeemed

A catalogue is only half of it - the other half is the history.

  • Rewards priced in points, with optional stock limits
  • Percentage, fixed-amount and free-item coupons with an expiry and a redemption limit
  • Redemption history per reward and per coupon: who redeemed, when, for how much
  • A redemption writes a ledger line, so the balance and the history always agree

Customers who bring customers

Referrals, tracked from the introduction to the reward.

  • Issue a referral code to an existing customer
  • See referrals as pending, converted or expired
  • Reward the referrer when the referral converts
  • Everything lands on both customers' profiles

Frequently asked questions

Can points be awarded automatically?

Yes. You choose which events award points - a paid invoice, a completed visit, a form submission - and the award happens as that event is recorded. Manual awards and corrections are also available, and both are written to the same ledger.

What happens if we change a tier rule later?

Existing balances and history are untouched; the new rule governs progression from that point. The ledger keeps its original reasons, so a past award still explains itself under the old rule.
