Account data: name, email address, and workspace details you provide when you sign up.

Customer data you store: contacts, deals, tickets, and other records your team enters into the platform. This data belongs to you - we process it solely to provide the service.

Usage data: log information such as pages visited, features used, browser type, and IP address, used for security and product improvement.

We use your data to operate the service, authenticate your team, send essential service communications, provide support, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your customers' data for advertising.

Every workspace is isolated at the database level. Sessions use httpOnly cookies; authentication tokens are never exposed to browser scripts. Access inside your workspace is governed by role-based permissions that you control.

Data is encrypted in transit. We maintain daily backups and audit logging through the platform's event system.

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, plus a preference cookie for language and theme. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the marketing site or in the application.

Your data remains available for as long as your workspace is active. You can export your records at any time. After account closure, workspace data is permanently deleted within 90 days, except where law requires longer retention.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Workspace owners control their customers' records and are responsible for honoring data-subject requests for the data they store. Contact us at support@clientopro.ir for any privacy request.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced inside the application and by email to workspace owners at least 14 days before taking effect.
