API & integrations

Your workspace, reachable from everything else you run

A documented API with scoped keys, signed webhooks that retry, a WooCommerce sync that is already running on customer sites - and two testers that let you prove a connection works before you rely on it.

API keys that carry only what you granted

A key is not an account. It carries a named set of permissions and nothing more.

  • Pick the exact permissions a key holds when you create it
  • The secret is shown once, stored only as a hash, and can be revoked at any time
  • Optional expiry date, plus a last-used timestamp so a forgotten key is visible
  • Every request a key makes is logged: method, path, status, address

Webhooks that keep trying

Tell us where to POST, and we handle the rest of the delivery problem.

  • Subscribe to the events you care about, per destination
  • Every delivery is signed with HMAC-SHA256 so your endpoint can verify it came from us
  • Failed deliveries retry with a backoff, up to a limit you set
  • A delivery log shows each attempt, its response and why it failed

Prove it works before you depend on it

Two self-test tools, both of which change nothing.

  • Paste a key and run a real read-only request as that key - status, timing, and the response, redacted
  • Send one signed test event to a webhook destination and see the exact headers and body first
  • The routes offered come from a curated list, not a free-text box
  • Anything the key cannot reach is greyed out with the missing permission named

WooCommerce, and a way in for the rest

An online store can push its customers, orders and products straight in.

  • The Cliento Sync WordPress plugin points at your workspace with a base URL and an API key
  • Customers, orders and products sync into the CRM as real records
  • Other systems use the same documented API and the same keys
  • Integrations can add their own automation actions, so a workflow can call them

Frequently asked questions

Where is the API documented?

In the developer documentation on this site, generated from the same contract the product serves - so it describes the running version rather than a snapshot of it.

Do API requests cost anything?

Reading and writing your own records through the API is part of the subscription, exactly as it is in the interface. Actions that are priced in the interface - sending an SMS, running an AI step - are priced the same way through the API, and appear in the same itemized billing history.
