CRM basics: contacts, leads, deals, and pipelines
The four building blocks of the CRM and how they flow into each other - plus tasks, activities, and tags.
Contacts are the people (or companies) you have a relationship with. Leads are inquiries that might become customers - when a lead qualifies, convert it with one click and it becomes a contact, keeping its history. Deals are the opportunities you're working, each sitting in a stage of a pipeline.
Pipelines are fully yours: create one per business line, define stages with probabilities, and drag deals between stages on the kanban board. Pipeline types let you classify different processes (sales, treatments, enrollments) with their own labels and colors.
Tasks, activities, and tags
Log calls, meetings, notes, and emails as activities on any record. Create tasks with due dates and reminders so follow-ups never slip. Tags work across contacts, leads, and deals - use them for anything your fields don't capture.
Saved views and filters
Every list page supports search, filters (including your custom fields), and URL-stable state - bookmark a filtered view or share the link with a teammate and they'll see the same slice.
