Your subscription, wallet, and prepaid packages
How Cliento Pro billing works: flat subscription, transparent per-action wallet, and discounted prepaid credit.
Your plan is a flat monthly subscription. On top of it, premium actions - AI calls, SMS, certain operations - are usage-billed from a wallet. Settings → Billing shows your balance, every charge (date, action, actor, quantity, unit price, total), grouped breakdowns, and the live price catalog.
Prepaid usage packages
Settings → Packages sells bundles of usage credit at a saving versus pay-as-you-go. Package credit is spent before your wallet balance, expiry is shown up front, and your remaining credit per action type is always visible. Purchase history lives on the same page.
Staying ahead of surprises
Low-balance and renewal warnings appear before anything is interrupted, and if a workspace is payment-gated it switches to a clearly-labeled read-only mode - no silent charges, no silent lockouts.
